I 100% recommend this clinic! Trust me, I know after spending so much money in other clinics without having any success, Eugin is one of the best if not THE BEST in Spain. I felt so safe and in good hands from the moment I walked in. The receptionists, the nurses, the lab techs and doctors are all incredibly supportive and experienced. They are with you from the very beginning and throughout the process answering all questions and concerns. Dra. Alexandra is simply God sent. We met her at a moment where all hope was lost and she made our dream come true.

Very happy with the clinic, the same doctor always treats you, the clinic staff is very humane and very nice. The gynecologist (public health) who is carrying the pregnancy told me that it is one of the best clinics and I can attest to it. I went to Eugin after visiting 4 clinics in Madrid. My experience with oocyte vitrification has been very good. Dr. Elena has been with me throughout the entire process and I greatly appreciate the treatment she has given me because it has been wonderful, as has the attention of the entire medical team. I would recommend this clinic 200%, the treatment is very close and in these processes it is very appreciated.

We are happy with the attention and care we have received at the Clinic. All the staff, from reception, nurses, embryologists and medical staff are incredibly friendly and warm to deal with. They go out of their way to make it easy for you during the process. I really liked that they do not generate false expectations in terms of results and they speak to you clearly, they answer your questions and they are attentive to any need of their patients. I have the best experience with Eugin Madrid, its professionals, its way of working, its facilities and, above all, its results. That's why I would like to share the experience. I will start by saying that I write these lines looking at my beautiful baby, who was born yesterday and has filled me with happiness.My experience with Eugin began 5 years ago, in Barcelona, when I lived there. I decided to do oocyte vitrification in case I needed them one day and a friend told me about this clinic. I went to several to ask for quotes and have interviews and the quotes were similar but I was convinced by the clarity and transparency of Dr. Marta Trullenque at Eugin. The process was great but also, I had to move to Madrid for work in the middle of it and they provided me with all the facilities so that I could finish it and do the extraction and vitrification here.5 years later, I decided to be a mother and use vitrified oocytes. I visited several clinics again, now living in Madrid, and once again it seemed to me that, with similar budgets, Eugin was superior. I moved forward with them and Dr. Elena Izquierdo worked with me, a very empathetic, clear and transparent person who has accompanied me throughout the process. I have to highlight that when I have called or written to ask questions to the nurses, who are also very professional and approachable, I was very pleased that a person in charge of the area that handled that particular issue immediately contacted me. Whether it was the Doctor herself, the Laboratory Director or the people from the Matching Department. This has made it much easier for me to follow and understand everything clearly because they helped me answer all the questions I wanted (logically a thousand doubts arise in an IVF process). And they are, in general, quite agile in answering.The story ends with a successful pregnancy the first time and a birth that occurred yesterday. My little one is healthy, he is beautiful and I am happy. I highly recommend Eugin Madrid (also Eugin Barcelona) for both vitrification and IVF.

The management of contract cancellations and terminations is regrettable.They send you an email to renew the fee or cancel. If you don't answer (in times of covid, when they don't even know your situation) they assume that you want to renew, they don't try to locate you or call you. But when the rates go up and they have to communicate it, they will locate you in 2 days by calling/email and all available means. The process is a 10, the doctors and the advice. The bureaucracy and administrative issues are a shame

Surely the experience is wonderful for the women who come to be inseminated, but my experience has been as a donor and it has been terrible, to begin with the treatment (I admit that not all the staff) but the gynecologists hurt me a lot, even when I was Warning that she was hurting me, the aunt continued and did not stop or try to do it more delicately. At all times they tell you that the intervention does not hurt, and that is true, what hurts is when the anesthesia begins to wear off the next three days, and no, it is not discomfort, it is pain. Furthermore, on the day of the intervention I forgot to bring the leftover medication and for work reasons I was not able to take it until a few months later and since they say it is expired they have taken €50 from the misery that they "donated" to you which seems incredible to me given that, It is just another business that is constantly billing and making money, taking advantage of the needs of women, in the case of the donors, mistreating their bodies and from whom they benefit from the need for money that we have…. I would not recommend it to any woman, especially not in this clinic.

VERY UNPROFESSIONALMy experience has been disastrous. I wanted to be an egg donor, from the first moment on the phone I insisted on whether my height could be a problem since I am 1.53m tall and I know that some clinics have that requirement, something absurd since there are also short women with infertility problems. But hey, they told me there was no problem. It was difficult for us to make an appointment and they finally scheduled me one day at 6:00 p.m. on an empty stomach to have some tests done. I spent about 1 hour in the waiting room, when I entered they did an ultrasound and they told me that everything was ok and to my surprise they did not do any analysis, I had been fasting all day for nothing.... A few days later I received a call saying that the "medical team" had determined that I was not suitable to donate because of my height!!!!! Why did they make me waste my time and go hungry? That clinic is nonsense.....
