We are super super happy. The treatment is unbeatable, dr. Aura is a sweetheart, she explains everything as it is, without embellishing anything, with great tact and kindness, but with clear things, and what to say about the nurses and the girls at att. to the client and laboratory, they are all 10, they are always looking out for you to be well, they are with you at all times, always friendly and close, I am very happy to have opted for them, after 2 years without success, we have achieved the pregnancy in our First IVF, with 40 years and low quality. I am very happy, I recommend it with my eyes closed. (IVF ROPA)The woman and I (female couple) went to GINEFIV to be able to do ROPA method IVF.Impeccable personal service.Always available and responsive by email or telephone. From the beginning to the end I can only thank you for the treatment received. Very professional and they inform you of everything from start to finish. I chose Ginefiv to perform egg vitrification, because of the reviews, and the close treatment they gave me in the first consultation. In short, I have abandoned the treatment before the puncture. Honestly, my feeling is that in the first appointment with your first ECO, they indicate more follicles to capture you, since they first indicated 6 to me, then 3 follicles (2 small and one larger) and a water cyst (which I did not have). and no one has explained to me where it comes from or why, they only informed me after asking twice about this cyst: that it is not important, just like that) then 4 follicles (1 very small, 2 small, 1 normal and the cyst) having This result on Monday, they told me to puncture on Friday, to which I commented to the doctor that they seem few and small so perhaps there is a possibility that when extracted, they are immature or without quality therefore they cannot be frozen, and also , taking into account that when defrosting, they can be lost, I think it is evident that it is not worth intervening. From here the doctor indicates that perhaps another medication can be tried, or a double puncture performed, or that she will consider gestating an embryo. When it is well known that my goal is to preserve my eggs, not to be a mother at this time, so unfortunately, my feeling was to want to “sell” myself any treatment before the cancellation. Obviously, I canceled as soon as I left the last consultation. After calling the clinic to inform me of precautions to take, how and when my next period will be after 1 week taking hormones, they told me they would call me, and they didn't, I had to call again the next day, it seems like You have canceled, you no longer matter. The doctor calls me and informs me that since I have 2 FOLLICLES (wow, on Monday there were 4 and two days later she tells me that I only have 2????) my period continues its normal cycle, well, the next day I get off period, with 16 days left until MY NORMAL CYCLE. My surprise now too, is that I have tried to donate blood, and they have informed me that I will not be able to do it indefinitely due to the injected hormones, at what point do they inform you of something so important? I feel again that by omitting information they convince you to pay, which is what matters in the end. Therefore, unclear and truthful information in general for everything.
